Kettlebell Halo — shoulders isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Kettlebell Halo

Isolation · Weight × reps

Perform smooth repetitions in both directions without forcing the bell into a range the shoulders cannot own. The halo moves the shoulder girdle through varied angles while the upper back, shoulders, arms, and trunk stabilize the load. Use it as a controlled mobility or warm-up drill, not a momentum exercise, and keep the bell clear of the head.
