HOW TO DO CABLE FRONT RAISE
- Attach a handle or short bar to the low pulley and stand so the cable can travel in front of you without rubbing your body.
- With elbows softly bent, raise the attachment forward to a comfortable height near shoulder level, then lower it under control.
- Keep your trunk tall, ribs settled, and shoulders away from your ears.
- Avoid leaning backward or swinging through the bottom to start a load that is too heavy.
- Facing away from the stack usually places the cable behind you at the start, while facing it changes the early resistance; choose the orientation that provides a clear, comfortable path rather than assuming one is superior.
